International Shipping and Customs Duties:

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for verifying any additional charges applicable in their country and for promptly paying such charges in order to receive the package.

not prepaid duties shipment: If customs duties are not paid and the shipment is subsequently refused or abandoned, the package may be retained, destroyed, or returned to the sender (where applicable) with additional charges.
These charges will not be refunded, and the order amount will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from abandoned goods or non-delivery due to the customer's failure to pay customs duties.

🇬🇧 Shipments to the UK will have a minimum order of €150.00, an invoice will be sent via email relating to the customs cost to be paid before they are shipped.

How to get free shipping?

Below is the minimum order amount to be reached for free shipping:

Italy: orders over €80.00

Europe: orders over € 100.00

USA/Canada: orders over € 200.00

(Excluding areas that are difficult to reach by courier, which will have a higher cost.)

For all other areas not included in the "free shipping" promotion, you will receive a 50% discount on the shipping cost with a minimum order of €200.00. (We are working on adding a tier for the other missing areas as well).

The cost of shipping may vary from day to day, always check the shipping cost to your country before placing an order.

WARNING: shipping costs to islands or provinces may differ.

In case the shipping cost to you will be higher (hard to reach areas) I will send you an email to let you know.

During the DROP DAY you will be able to select "free" shipping to allow you to buy everything you want as quickly as possible; in the following days I will send you an email with an invoice for the cost of shipping to your country.(always check the spam box!)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that your country may have additional VAT, Import, and Custom’s fees. We have no control over these fees and don’t have info on how fees work in different countries. The customs department in your country may require you to pay import fees when you receive your package.
